Arcarix FAQ

Is Arcarix meant to predict the future exactly?

No. Arcarix is a reflection tool, not a certainty engine. It describes tendencies, timing pressure, and possible blind spots rather than guaranteed outcomes.

Use the reading as a prompt to organize your thinking and compare it with real-life context.

Are Arcarix readers licensed professionals?

No. Kai, Mira, Hwa, Jin, and Ren are guided reader voices inside the service.

They should not be understood as doctors, lawyers, financial advisers, therapists, or licensed human consultants.

Does Arcarix use AI-generated text?

Arcarix may use automated assistance to generate and organize readings. The service is structured around fixed editorial boundaries: explain the symbolic background, avoid fear-based certainty, and keep professional limits visible.

AI can sound confident even when a situation requires caution, so users should compare results with their own circumstances and qualified advice for high-stakes decisions.

What personal data is required?

The core reading uses birth date, optional birth time, timezone, selected topic, and selected reader.

Arcarix does not require account creation for the basic experience.

Can I use the report as medical, legal, or investment advice?

No. The service is not a substitute for professional advice in those fields.

If a decision carries legal, financial, health, or safety consequences, consult a qualified professional.

How are Saju, tarot, and zodiac readings different?

Saju starts from birth information and is best for repeated patterns, timing, and longer-term direction. Tarot is better for one concrete question because the spread separates the beginning, the condition to verify, and the next attitude. Zodiac is the quickest daily note, useful when you want a short check before entering a deeper reading.

Arcarix keeps the methods separate so a tarot card is not forced to behave like a birth chart, and a zodiac note does not pretend to be a full Saju report.

Can I save or share my reading card?

Yes. Reading result pages include save and share controls for personal, non-commercial use. The share card is designed as a compact keepsake rather than a full private report.

If you return later, saved notes can help compare what felt accurate, what became useful, and what did not fit your situation.

How can I contact the operator?

Use the contact page or email hello.arcarix@gmail.com.

Policy questions, data handling questions, broken-page reports, and service feedback can all be sent there.
