Arcarix ("the Service") is an AI-assisted Four-Pillars reading service. It provides personalized readings based on traditional chart structure and is accessible through our official web domain.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing or using Arcarix, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Nature of the Service
Arcarix provides AI-generated analysis for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. The readings and reports generated by Arcarix are based on pattern analysis and should not be interpreted as factual predictions of the future. They do not constitute and should never be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or any other professional advice.
4. Monetization Model
Arcarix operates on an ad-supported reward model. Users can access the base reading for free and unlock deeper readings by viewing short advertisements. There are no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. The Service uses Google AdSense to display advertisements, and ad availability may vary by region and device.
5. Intellectual Property
All content generated by Arcarix, including but not limited to AI-generated text, visual designs, Seer characters, user interface elements, and the underlying algorithms, is the intellectual property of Arcarix. Users may save and share their personal reading results for non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Arcarix's content without explicit written permission is prohibited.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or AI models; (b) use automated tools or bots to access the Service; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) deliberately submit false information to manipulate results; (e) circumvent ad-display mechanisms or interfere with the ad-reward system.
7. Limitation of Liability
Arcarix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading or analysis. In no event shall Arcarix be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Your use of any information provided by Arcarix is solely at your own risk.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
