Rivo ("the Service") is an AI-powered destiny interpretation platform that provides personalized readings based on traditional Four-Pillars metaphysics combined with modern Large Language Models. The Service is operated by Rivo and is accessible via web browsers at our official domain.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By accessing or using Rivo, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Rivo provides AI-generated analysis for entertainment, self-reflection, and personal insight purposes only. Rivo operates on an ad-supported reward model. Users can access basic readings for free and unlock deeper analysis by viewing short advertisements. There are no paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. The Service uses Google AdSense to display advertisements, and ad availability may vary by region and device.
5. Intellectual Property
All content generated by Rivo, including but not limited to AI-generated text, visual designs, Seer characters, user interface elements, and the underlying algorithms, is the intellectual property of Rivo. Users may save and share their personal reading results for non-commercial purposes. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of Rivo's content without explicit written permission is prohibited.
6. User Conduct
Users agree not to: (a) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code or AI models; (b) use automated tools or bots to access the Service; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) deliberately submit false information to manipulate results; (e) circumvent ad-display mechanisms or interfere with the ad-reward system.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any reading or analysis. In no event shall Rivo be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
